Well hello there!
We have big BIG news! Irish comedian, podcast host and super dad, Tony Cantwell came in to Studio Meala-land to do a bunch of silly voices for our upcoming 2D animated series, Doodle Girl! Apart from Doodle Girl herself, Tony voices pretty much every other character in the show. Talk about range!
Here's a little bio about the man, the dinosaur, the robot, the mer-dog... Tony Cantwell!
Tony Cantwell, Dublin born comedian, voice over artist and writer, is also the host of wildly popular podcasts "Tony Cantwell’s Hit Show" & "Young Hot Guys", with fellow comedians, Shane Daniel Byrne and Killian Sundermann.
Here in Studio Meala, we have been HUGE fans of Tony since he released his sketches like, PLOON (or correctly titled) - Meanwhile at Clongowes... (Soft Drink?).
Choo Choo to you too brother!
He has also worked on the Amazon Prime series, "LOL: Ireland", where host Graham Norton, sang his praises.
Doodle Girl is an original Studio Meala animated series commissioned by RTÉ Junior. Co-produced by ALT Animation, Doodle Girl is a 26 x 7 minute jam packed 2D hand drawn animated series starring Aisling Walsh and Tony Cantwell.
